DataGEMS Logging Service

This is the documentation site for the DataGEMS Logging Service. The service is part of the wider DataGEMS platform. This is part of the overall platform documentation.

The Logging service provides an aggregation functionality through which DataGEMS service distributed logs are accumulated in a single centralized repository. This is achieved through well-defined endpoints and library utilities facilitating the transformation, enrichment and indexing of the log entries, requiring no hard dependencies from client apps. The central repository can be searched and further aggregated to produce meaningful traces of user activity and facilitate troubleshooting and action auditing.
